Carolina Metro Reds reached over 12,000 social media users in two monthS

Carolina Metro Reds a non-profit youth baseball organization was looking for a way to gain more exposure and develop a strong presence on three different social channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter). Prior to our services CMR did not have an Instagram and were not active on Facebook & Twitter. The organization wanted to share their story and connect with the rest of baseball world digitally. Founder of Carolina Metro Reds, Morris Madden wanted to use social media to connect with youth baseball players in underserved communities and cultivate relationships were potential donors.

We knew for CMR to be successful we had to perform a social media makeover. This would consist of creating an Instagram account and renovating both the Facebook and Twitter. Once we finished the makeover we began to develop engaging content and create an effective social media strategy. The objective was to increase exposure and consistently post content on all three channels. In order to achieve those goals the organization chose our Start-Up plan, to begin their social media journey.

Within two months the organization saw immediate results. The organization’s Instagram account had gain 75 followers, 453 Content Interactions, 816 Profile Visits, and reached over 12,500 accounts organically. The Twitter and Facebook together would gain over 60 followers and play a crucial role in informing parents and board members about upcoming events and organization updates. Carolina Metro Reds exceeded their intended goals and continue to use our services to strengthen their social media presences.
